our practices are centered around the principals of regeneration, permaculture, and biodynamic farming.

We believe that farming is so much more than putting some seeds in the ground and hoping they will grow. We have put years of research into our growing and animal husbandry practices and we are always aiming to get better. For us, farming is fighting the good fight against climate changes, it’s a way to amplify the voices that are working to create a more equitable and diverse food system, and it is growing a strong community that will carry each other when times get hard.

Together with local universities as well as a network of traveling organic farmers, we are working to push the boundaries of what local, sustainable farming looks like.

Our Livonia farm is fast becoming a hub for learning, as well as growing ideas and partnerships. Our crew is varied and cannot be defined by one demographic. All voices are welcome at our meetings and all ideas & projects are considered.
